Lt. Col. Assist. Prof. Panu Boontoterm is a double specialist in Neurological Surgery and Critical Care Medicine, working as a consultant surgeon and intensivist and the Head of the Surgical Intensive Unit at the Phramongkutklao Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. He participated as speaker at the 22nd AMN Congress and faculty at NTSC Extended AMN Intensives Thailand Edition.

The 22nd AMN Congress, which took place July 4-5 in Bangkok, Thailand, brought together world-experts from the complex domain of neurotraumatology to address developments in neurotrauma research, clinical management, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation strategies. The scientific program encompassed pre-hospital care, neurosurgical interventions, intensive care protocols, and long-term neurorehabilitation, including dedicated sessions on nursing cross-training and the latest advancements in neurotrauma biomarkers and data registries.
NTSC Extended AMN Intensives hosted its first edition this year in Thailand, following the legacy of NTSC Vienna. On July 3rd, the Phramongkutklao Hospital hosted almost 40 international participants, who participated in interactive workshops and simulation scenarios of neurotrauma cases.
