
Together with the members of the FOCUS GROUP, activate the development plan approved by the AMN Management Committee to meet its objectives and generate progress/advancement perspectives.
Present to the AMN Management Committee and conduct a special session/programme/course, etc. to be included in the programme of the annual AMN CONGRESS.
Prepare an agenda for the FOCUS GROUP Meeting to be held with the AMN BOARD/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE upon the occasion of the annual AMN CONGRESS.

Discuss with the AMN Management Committee any project requests that require HR or financial support.
Schedule and conduct FOCUS GROUP meetings at least 1 every 3 months, prepare the minutes of the meeting and circulate those to all FG members, AMN Management Committee and AMN Executive Director.
Submit an Annual Report by December 15 of the year, outlining the activities undertaken, objectives met/unmet and perspectives envisaged. The information can also be included in the AMN periodical newsletter or the special FOCUS GROUP SECTION on the AMN official website.
All FOCUS GROUP members must understand and agree to the necessary commitment of the FOCUS GROUP and work in an active/engaging and meaningful & purposeful manner to meet the objectives of their plan and the purpose of AMN.
A registry of all FOCUS GROUPS and their adherent documents shall be kept at the AMN main office (point of contact: office@brain-amn.org, stefana@brain-amn.org).
Should the FOCUS GROUP not present and conduct a special session/course/workshop, etc. and not meet at 2 consecutive annual AMN CONGRESSES, it may be subject to dissolution by the AMN Management Committee.
Upon formal approval of the FOCUS GROUP (based on the letter of intent and development plan submitted), it will be listed in the FOCUS GROUP SECTION on the official AMN website.
